Founders Connect Sharing Support Circle (Developing founder resilience through safe sharing)

The life of a founder, leader and digital nomad can be highly rewarding. It can also be highly isolating.

Who do you turn to when you’ve got challenges that your team members, strangers or people back home just can’t understand?

This is why founder resilience is a skill that is critical for your growth, development and eventual success. The only way to build it is by practicing open communication in a safe space.

We invite you to join other entrepreneurs and nomads to participate in a sharing circle.

All participants are required to observe the Chatham House Rule. In other words - participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Takeaways:
1. Develop authentic connections with other founders, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads
2. Be vulnerable, seek advice or just listen in a safe, facilitated space
3. Participate in facilitator-led communication exercises to help you open up and share honestly what’s going on for you as someone who is working it out as you go (we all are)
