Egg-Free Wheat-Free Milk-Free Meatloaf

This vigorous meatloaf recipe comprises no egg, no milk, and no wheat or flour. It contains sufficient
vegetables and savor with potato, onion, carrots, and chopped vegetables of your choice. Ground beef is
used in this recipe as well as beef broth for moisture and flavor. The grated potatoes act as the starch
and binder for the meatloaf. The ground beef and beef broth also contains oils and natural jelly for the
meatloaf to be intact. The dish is seasoned with salt and pepper.

You can consume almost any type of vegetables to add in this recipe.Use seasonal and organic
vegetables, which have better flavor and more nutrients. You can use green beans, broccoli, cauliflower,
cabbage, peas, tomatoes, zucchini, and other vegetables popularly used for stir-fry. You can also use
mushrooms for quality and flavor. Use different kinds of mushrooms for a gourmet treat. As much as
possible, dodge using vegetables with too much water content as this will cause the meatloaf to become
watery and make it harder for it to bind together. You can also use fresh herbs and spices to flavor the
meatloaf including chives, parsley, sage, basil, or cilantro. Evade using powdered spices since this will
dry out the meat. If you need to spice it a little, you can use a pinch of cumin or curry, as well as chili
powder but the moisture must overpower the powder.

Fresh chili also goes great with this meatloaf recipe for a Mexican-inspired dish but go easy on the
peppers as they can overpower the whole dish. Attend meatloaf as an appetizer or enjoy it as a meal
with beans, rice or potatoes. This meatloaf recipe also creates a delicious sandwich for a light and
satisfying snack.
