SuperFood Omelet:
3-6 large organic, free-range eggs with organic coconut milk for creaminess - whip it up.

3. 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Coconut oil
2 cups of Spinach
1/4 red onion freshly diced
Stainless Steel Pan
Apply coconut oil to pan and begin heating. Pour egg/coconut milk into pan and begin
cooking. Flip one half over the other to keep onions in the center. Omelet should be
solid but not black or burned in any way. Put it on a bed of raw spinach and apply apple
cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, pink salt, and herbs. Homemade salsa or ketchup can
be used as well.
