1. Implausible Dream of One;
no, Four;
nay, Everybody!

Dreams are part and parcel of our life. Actually, dreams are what we are
made up of. Yesterday's dream becomes today's reality. Sangam Tamil
chair’s conception and subsequent evolution is quite a story that must be
told and retold. It is a culmination of implausible dreams by many, starting
with one, who is none other than, mother Tamil.
Dream of One:
After sending a sizable number of her children all across the globe, mother
Tamil had dreamt of her successful children exposing and showcasing her
lyrical beauty, the literary riches and intricate eloquence of philosophical
works, for the world, to learn and prosper. There won't be Tamils without
Tamil. Tamil will not exist without Tamils. Tamil diaspora has the calling and
the duty to honor their mother (tongue) and celebrate her extraordinary
longevity and legacy with the rest of our kith and kins of this world.
Dream of Four:
The story gets very interesting now.
Maybe all of the following events were planned and executed by our
thoughtful Tamil Annai. Who and how can, one explain this sequence of
events evolving in a fast phase, subsequently?
An European scholar at Harvard was anxiously dreaming for someone to
knock at his door for securing a Chair for his love,Tamil . A self educated,
madly yet adorably driven Tamil woman, at Hawaii, who was dreaming, day
and night, for finding someone to take on the task of securing an endowed
chair at the peerless Harvard University.
A tireless, committed Cardiologist from Altoona, PA was longing and
dreaming to find someone to guide him to honor his adorable love, Tamil
Annai . Time was ripe and Tamil Annai was ready to move all the essential

2. pieces to fulfill her prophecy by bringing those three driven souls to set the
stage to win the Chair at Harvard. Dr.Janakiraman, the Cardiologist from
Altoona, aided by both Ms. Vaidehi from Hawaii and the European
Professor from Harvard was getting closer for nailing the Chair.
At this time, for an unexplainable reason, I was stricken to suffer stroke,
with twenty different blood clots lodged in my brain. Being a true, caring
and loving friend, Dr. Janakiraman came to visit me. He, after appropriate
enquiry, explained to me about his Harvard dream and also about the
dream of other, previously stated two good souls. My wife, Vijayalakshmi
had her own dream(!!) also, hence, she challenged me to join and help with
Dr. Janakiraman to fulfill those three noble soul's dream to become a
reality. I jumped into the foray as guided by her worthy dream and moved
on. Harvard saw the greatness of Tamil and its treasures, gave us the
green signal to mobilize Six million Dollars to solidify the deal.
The move is on!
Dreams of all world Tamils:

Life is full of choices for all of us through out our lifetime, except for three,
most precious gifts that we are endowed to start this worldly journey. Our
parents, our mother tongue and our mother land along with our inner and
outer attire to carry on our human (experiment) expedition are summarily
given with out seeking for our wishes or preferences.No wonder!, we
adore and try to please and honor our mother and father, our fabulous
mother tongue and revered motherland. I have no doubt that each and
every Tamil in this world has dreamt somewhere along in time, to beautify,
to glorify and to sanctify our dear Mother, Tamil.
Please join us in bringing out the accumulated, time tested Wisdom, hidden
in our ( Tamil's) minds over many centuries, which had been in store for
significant length of time to enrich the whole humanity.
We have collected one million dollars so far. We do need to seek and get
five millions more to meet Harvard's expectation.
