2. Salad ingredients:
• halloumi cheese
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil (for frying cheese)
• 1 fresh cucumber, sliced
• a few cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• a few green olives (pitted)
• salt and pepper to taste
3. • First, fry the halloumi cheese. Heat a
little olive oil in a frying pan. The
halloumi cheese is cut into slices about
0.5-1 cm thick. Put on hot olive oil and
fry on each side until it is golden
brown.
4. • When the cheese is fried, cut the
cucumbers, wash the fresh cucumber
and do not peel it. Just cut it in half
lengthwise and use a teaspoon to get
rid of the soft part with seeds. Now we
cut it into cubes.
7. Put the onion,
olives, tomatoes,
cucumber and
halloumi cheese,
which we
previously diced,
into the bowl.
8. Dressing ingredients
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
• 1 small clove of garlic - crushed
• a pinch of chilli flakes
• salt and pepper to taste
9. Pour lemon juice into a bowl, crush a clove of garlic,
add dried oregano and chili flakes. Finally, add the olive
oil and mix.
