Our goal is for more Bulgarian expats to be aware of the possibilities to start or continue their professional careers at home so that they can make an informed decision as to whether to move back to Bulgaria.

3. In 2019, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy in
cooperation with the “Bulgarian Careers Fair” will
organize career fairs for Bulgarians in European
countries with the highest percentage of Bulgarian

Our goal is for more Bulgarian expats to be aware

4. In our country, nowadays, a dominant belief exists
that it is simply not possible for a person to fulfil
their full potential professionally in Bulgaria.
Furthermore, in recent yearsр emigration rates of
young, highly qualified and able people have
reached alarming levels. These two mutually
reinforcing factors have created a vicious circle.
Together, we want to show that this view is
incorrect and these people have a lot to gain from
Bulgaria and can greatly contribute to Bulgaria’s
positive future development.
