A link to the online survey will be emailed to all customers in our database. Managers will have the opportunity to review the detail that corresponds to their area in order to put improvement programmes in place. Staff who interact with customers will encourage them to complete the survey as the feedback is important to us. Once the results are in, they will be shared with everyone.
