7. Balancing quality vs. costs
Costs for delivery are exploding. Quality is an important factor, but without
operational optimization it’s not possible to deliver a superior experience as
budgets are not endless.
We see more companies using advanced features to optimize their operational
costs in 2020. This is further accelerated by increased viewing times from people
staying at home due to the pandemic:
