3. WHY WE CHOSE IT
• We were comparing the number of top song download from iTunes. We chose a column
graph because it does the best job showing the frequency, or number of downloads. With
the column graph, we could show the number of hits for each individual song. You can
easily determine which song was the most popular, and which one was the least popular.
From this, you can determine the Top 10 or Top 5 songs on iTunes.

4. WHAT IS A BAR GRAPH?
• Definition: A graph consisting of parallel, usually vertical bars or rectangles with lengths
proportional to the frequency with which specified quantities occur in a set of data. Also
called bar chart.
• This basically means that the graph uses columns to show which values are highest and
lowest. This makes comparison very easy.
