I read "Employees First, Customers Second,"​ (EFCS) by Vineet Nayar, that defines what I perceive as the perfect work environment, enabling employees to insure customer satisfaction and business success. Nayar speaks to change of corporate culture and while this is a popular buzz word, many organizations fail to realize its true meaning. My tenure in management enables me to embrace this concept as a skill set. My expertise as the coach and trainer took my team to award winning stature in big pharma launching, my career in Managed Care and Public Health Administration. Through the use of multidisciplinary skills I enable teams to embrace the "Employee First"​ philosophy while creating
