ACQUIESCENCE TO ARCHAIC POWER 
STRUCTURES. 
AT THIS UNPRECEDENTED JUNCTURE IN 
HISTORY, I BELIEVE NOW IS THE TIME 
FOR US ALL TO MAKE A CHANGE IN THE 
WORLD FOR THE BETTER. I DO THIS BY 
INTRODUCING PRINCIPLES SUCH AS 
TRANSPARENCY, AUTHENTICITY, AND 
OPEN COMMUNICATION TO PLACES OF 
BUSINESS THAT EMPLOY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. 
I PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH. I WORK OUT 
LOUD. I WEAR THE ARMOR OF 
TRANSPARENCY AND SHARE MY 
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE WILLINGLY, 
GENEROUSLY WITH MY COLLEAGUES AND 
PEERS. I DESPISE WORK CULTURES WHERE 
EMPLOYEES LIVE IN FEAR TO STATE THEIR OPINION, TO TAKE 
RISKS, TO UNLEASH THEIR TALENTS, CREATIVITY AND 
INNOVATION. 
I BELIEVE THERE IS A SPIRIT OF GENEROSITY AND KINDNESS 
THAT EXISTS IN THE HEART OF ALL PEOPLE. I WANT TO KINDLE 
THIS SPIRIT AND JOIN TOGETHER WITH OTHERS WHO 
EMBRACE MY SAME PASSION TO SHARE THESE IDEALS. I 
WANT TO BE A TEACHER, A MENTOR FOR A NEW WAY TO WORK 
– A NEW WAY TO BEHAVE THAT HONORS AND RESPECTS 
REGARDLESS OF RANK, STATUS, OR POSITION. I WANT TO 
FORGE A NEW STANDARD FOR THE WORKING WORLD THAT IS 
PROGRESSIVE, FREE, NETWORKED, INCLUSIVE, AND 
COLLECTIVELY INTELLIGENT, AS WELL AS COMPASSIONATE. 
WHEN I JOIN MY FRIENDS IN THE CHANGE AGENT NETWORK, I

  • 1. “CHANGING THE WORLD OF WORK, ONE HUMAN AT A TIME.” - CAWW CREDO MY AIM IS TO HELP EMPLOYEES FROM THE REMNANTS OF A BYGONE INDUSTRIAL ERA THAT ENCOURAGES HUMANS TO ASSUME ROBOTIC OBEDIENCE AND ACQUIESCENCE TO ARCHAIC POWER STRUCTURES. AT THIS UNPRECEDENTED JUNCTURE IN HISTORY, I BELIEVE NOW IS THE TIME FOR US ALL TO MAKE A CHANGE IN THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER. I DO THIS BY INTRODUCING PRINCIPLES SUCH AS TRANSPARENCY, AUTHENTICITY, AND OPEN COMMUNICATION TO PLACES OF BUSINESS THAT EMPLOY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. I PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH. I WORK OUT LOUD. I WEAR THE ARMOR OF TRANSPARENCY AND SHARE MY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE WILLINGLY, GENEROUSLY WITH MY COLLEAGUES AND PEERS. I DESPISE WORK CULTURES WHERE EMPLOYEES LIVE IN FEAR TO STATE THEIR OPINION, TO TAKE RISKS, TO UNLEASH THEIR TALENTS, CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION. I BELIEVE THERE IS A SPIRIT OF GENEROSITY AND KINDNESS THAT EXISTS IN THE HEART OF ALL PEOPLE. I WANT TO KINDLE THIS SPIRIT AND JOIN TOGETHER WITH OTHERS WHO EMBRACE MY SAME PASSION TO SHARE THESE IDEALS. I WANT TO BE A TEACHER, A MENTOR FOR A NEW WAY TO WORK – A NEW WAY TO BEHAVE THAT HONORS AND RESPECTS REGARDLESS OF RANK, STATUS, OR POSITION. I WANT TO FORGE A NEW STANDARD FOR THE WORKING WORLD THAT IS PROGRESSIVE, FREE, NETWORKED, INCLUSIVE, AND COLLECTIVELY INTELLIGENT, AS WELL AS COMPASSIONATE. WHEN I JOIN MY FRIENDS IN THE CHANGE AGENT NETWORK, I DON’T ASK WIIFM? I ASK WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU THAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH? WHAT'S IN IT FOR US - TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS? WHAT’S IN IT FOR HUMANKIND IF WE SUCCEED? I COME TO THE NETWORK SELFLESSLY, WHOLLY, LOVINGLY, AND IMPERFECT. I AM HONORED TO BE IN THE COMPANY OF MY CHANGE AGENT PEERS.
