Interactive
Our learning experiences engage
participants, stimulate discussion,
encourage active involvement, and
inspire lively interaction.
Customized
CMOE solutions are tailored to the
specific needs of the organizations we
serve and focus on the specific skills,
behaviors, and capabilities required of
participants. While the core principles
are consistent, the activities we use in
our workshops (such as case studies,
simulations and practice opportunities)
are customized for the unique
environment and culture of each
organization.
Business Oriented
We aim to deliver specific business
results to our clients by identifying and
teaching the specific behaviors that
support the client’s core strategy and
goals and produce amazing results.
Actual and Experiential
We believe in the core principles
of adult learning and that participants
learn best by being given opportunities
to practice what they are learning. We
use real situations and current issues
to help them learn through their
own experience.
Models and Tools
Each workshop includes easy-to-
remember tools and topic-specific
models to help participants apply the
principles they learn and access the
information they gain when they need
it most—back in the real world.
Skills and How-To's
Because participants need practical
skills and tools to support their learning,
we will focus not only on concepts
and theories but, more importantly,
on behaviors they can develop and
techniques they can use that will help
them be successful.
Personal Feedback and Attention
Through comprehensive assessment
surveys and questionnaires, participants
receive feedback from the facilitator
as well as from their peers and direct
reports.
Application and Transfer
Each participant creates an action plan
to support the immediate transfer
and application of competencies and
knowledge they gain in the workshop
to the business world.
Follow-up and Sustainability
CMOE partners with clients to create
ongoing plans and processes to
sustain, strengthen, and extend the
learning process beyond the walls
of the workshop. These may include
reinforcement classes, additional
practice and/or“teach-back”
opportunities, one-on-one coaching,
webinars/e-learning tools, other
resources.
Delivery Options
CMOE training workshop can be delivered in the standard format or customized to a client’s unique needs. the
workshop can be a stand-alone class or be completely integrated into existing curriculum. We can also build a
curriculum using a combination of client topics, and CMOE topics to support your strategy and business model.
The workshops can be led by our experienced facilitators at a company location or a retreat setting of the client’s
choice. We also offer Train-the-Trainer services through which we provide our clients with the skills and knowledge
to deliver CMOE products. Clients then simply purchase the licensed materials from CMOE.

workshop focuses
on developing the skills, abilities, and
confidence that leaders need to become
highly effective coaches, communicate well
with others, share feedback and create lasting
change in the organization. Participants
learn the Coaching TIPS2TM
Model, a practical
process that applies to all types of coaching
situations, including improving team-
member performance, supporting growth
and development, and increasing employee
engagement.
Coaching Skills: Advanced Coaching
for Performance and Results
This workshop helps coaches initiate
measurable changes in team member
commitment and empowerment,
improvement in performance, and bottom-
line results. The program is designed to
apply to all types of coaching applications
that coaches face, including coaching for
performance, coaching for development
as well as coaching for change and
reinforcement.
Continuous Improvement Coaching
This program is designed to help team
leaders, coordinators, and/or facilitators learn
how to interact with team members and
other stakeholders in the team process using
a coaching approach. CMOE’s Coaching
Model provides the foundation participants
need to enhance the relationships they have
with their team members so that they can
effectively manage and influence the team’s
activities, processes, and relationships in
order to facilitate a successful, collaborative
team effort.
Courageous Conversations
The Courageous Conversations workshop
focuses on building the skills necessary for
engaging in difficult conversations with
others while maintaining the integrity of the
relationship and achieving win-win outcomes
for everyone. Participants learn how candor
when confronting conflict constructively and
maintaining open dialogue when emotions
run high allows people to tackle problems
and discuss issues that may otherwise go
unaddressed.
Safety Coaching
The Safety Coaching workshop gives leaders
and team members the skills they need to
build strong coaching relationships and
engage in productive dialogue about safety
concerns, expectations, and protocols.
Participants improve their communication
skills, strengthen team-member
accountability for following safety protocols,
gain a renewed focus on optimizing the
results of safety programs, and develop
practical coaching skills that will improve
safety performance across the organization.
Sales Coaching
The Sales Coaching workshop incorporates
CMOE’s Coaching Model to increase the
effectiveness and results of individuals working
in a sales environment through targeted,
sales-oriented coaching conversations. This
workshop helps sales leaders develop the
skills, abilities, and confidence they need
to build relationships with team members,
engage in ongoing coaching conversations,
reinforce specific team-member behaviors,
and help them make improvements in ways
that will show up on the bottom line.
Businesses today
need talented leaders
who can unleash the
untapped potential and
discretionary performance
of every member of the
organization, something
that can only be achieved
through effective coaching
conversations.
Leaders who engage
their team members
through constructive
coaching and feedback
are able to build team-
member commitment
to the organization’s
goals, invite team
members to participate
as partners in the
business, help maintain
the organization’s
competitive advantage
and truly transform the
organization—and in a
way that is genuinely

Applied Strategic Thinking®
CMOE’s Applied Strategic Thinking®
workshop is a one-of-a-kind learning
experience that gives leaders and individual
contributors the skills to think and act more
strategically at the individual level and on
the front lines of work by creating long-
term direction and plans for capitalizing on
opportunities and achieving better results
in their areas of responsibility. Participants
will discover how to strike a balance
between meeting today’s expectations and
requirements, and being proactive about
how to shape the future by thinking and
acting in a strategic way.
Strategic Leadership
CMOE’s Strategic Leadership Workshop
provides leaders and managers with the skills
and tools they need to successfully capitalize
on the forces and events that shape their
world, allowing them to become architects of
the future within their area of responsibility.
Leaders will learn how to strategically
position their Business-within-the-BusinessTM
(function, department, or team) by creating
their own unique, standalone strategy that
aligns with and supports the organization’s
overarching strategy.
Strategic Teaming
The Strategic Teaming workshop is focused
on building client-centered collaboration and
teaming to address the strategic challenges
and opportunities facing the organization
and driving long term value for the firm.
Strategic Teaming serves as an opportunity
to bring together the diverse perspectives of
individuals or teams (either intact or cross-
functional) to foster greater collaboration on
strategic initiatives and achieve alignment on
strategies and plans that the team or teams
will need to execute together.
Strategy Development
Process and Services
CMOE strategy retreats are specifically
designed around each client’s unique needs
and circumstances. Some organizations may
need full strategy formulation; others may
only need to refresh or tune up their strategy.
Still, others may be at a turning point or
experiencing a major disruption and need an
in-depth overhaul of their strategy. Whatever
situation an organization is in, CMOE can
work with clients to develop strategies that
elevate the organization to a new level of
proactive planning and action that will lead
to the desired future state.
STRATEGY
For organizations to be
positioned for success
over the long term, each
function, department,
and individual must
figure out how to
align with and support
the organization’s
overarching strategy.
Every member of the
organization needs to be
proactive and engaged
in supporting the
broader strategic vision
of the business, finding
ways to contribute
unique strategic value,

High-Performance Teamwork
High-Performance Teamwork is a powerful,
experience-based workshop that helps
participants learn how to build and sustain
high-performance teamwork, as well as
explore tools and strategies to address
and overcome common team challenges.
Participants leave the learning experience
with an integrated set of skills, knowledge,
and plans to renew team spirit, enhance
performance, and improve team trust and
collaboration. When these skills are applied,
teams become stronger, more productive,
and more aligned in purpose than ever
before.
High Adventure Teambuilding
Our team building courses help the team
move rapidly through the phases of team
development to help it deliver on its
objectives quickly. In this program, teams
develop new mindsets about how their
team and team relationships work, as well
as identify specific actions they can take to
improve the way the team functions. Being
offsite helps teams focus on the issues right in
front of them, allowing members to reconnect
with one another and align their individual
efforts with important team objectives.
Retreats for Teams
CMOE is an industry leader in providing
results-driven and custom-designed retreats
for intact teams that give them a forum
to work together to determine how to
maximize their effectiveness, address issues
they are facing, and build a collaborative
team that is committed to excellence. Each
retreat is tailored to address the unique
dynamics and critical business issues of the
team.
Orienteering
Orienteering is an engaging and powerful
team-development simulation designed
to create an immediate impact on how
teams work together by assessing their
strengths and areas of vulnerability using a
creative, experiential approach. This hands-
on business simulation takes teams (intact,
cross-functional, special-project teams, and
others) into the outdoors and replicates the
common challenges that teams face on a
daily basis.
Effective teamwork
can be challenging
to achieve, but teams
whose members are truly
engaged, committed
to a clear purpose,
and have a deep sense
of responsibility are
an unbeatable force.
Providing teams with the
skills and tools to build a
high performance team
and overcome team
challenges is what most
teams need to break
through the barriers
limiting their progress,
and unlock formulas for
new levels of success.

CMOE 7
CMOE8
Qualities of Leadership
Participants in this cutting edge program
examine leadership in two parts—the
characteristics that come from“within”a leader
and the competencies, attributes, and skills
leaders need to successfully interact with
others. Participants look at their own leadership
qualities and characteristics to identify
leadership strengths that can be leveraged and
strategies for addressing their opportunities for
improvement. The program can be customized
to reflect our client organization’s leadership
competencies.
Flexible Leadership
This workshop provides leaders with the
skills and tools they need in order to apply
the right leadership style to situations they
face every day and achieve the results they
desire. Participants become more skilled and
adaptable as they work with others, manage
change, solve problems, and make decisions
that drive results for the organization.
Leading Innovation
The Leading Innovation workshop is an
engaging and interactive learning experience
aimed at helping leaders get their team to be
proactive and involved in identifying innovation
opportunities rather than reacting to the
innovations of others and missing the chance
to use their experience in new and exciting
ways. In this program, leaders develop the
ability to tap into the creativity of their team
members and unlock discretionary thinking
and ingenuity that will benefit the team and
organization as a whole.
Leading Change
CMOE’s Leading Change workshop provides
leaders with the skills to not only manage the
changes they are experiencing and help other
team members adjust to those changes, but
to also address another important aspect of
leading change: creating and orchestrating
productive and necessary change in their
own team or function. This program focuses
on helping leaders learn how to manage the
people side of change and harness its power so
that change becomes a competitive advantage
for them, their team, and the organization.
Delegation and Accountability
This workshop provides leaders with a set
of core delegation skills that will enable
them to overcome the challenges that often
arise when delegating to others as well as
establish accountability to ensure desired
results. By developing these important
skills, leaders are able to give employees the
opportunity to be involved in completing
important assignments, while still allowing
the manager to set the team’s direction,
lead the performance of others, and
maintain accountability for the work that is
accomplished by the team.
Conflict and Collaboration
The Conflict and Collaboration workshop helps
participants discover how when managed well,
conflict can be a force for innovation and posi-
tive change because it draws out diverse ideas,
creates synergy, and fosters the development
of better relationships. Participants learn how to
more effectively manage the conflicts and dif-
ferences that arise as they perform their work,
as well as how to create collaborative solutions
as they interact with individuals and groups.
Organizations need
multifaceted leaders
who can act on a broad
vision, introduce change,
engage the workforce,
and sustain competitive
advantage. To maximize
their effectiveness and
contribution to the
organization, leaders
need to be equipped
with the most relevant
knowledge, skills, and
tools available today.
When leaders at all
levels of the business
have the opportunity
to develop themselves
on key competencies,
they are more likely
to be successful
in fulfilling their
leadership expectations
and tackling tough
challenges in the
competitive business
world.

Leadership workshop is to introduce new
and aspiring leaders to the opportunities
and challenges that leadership roles
provide. Participants explore strategies
and tools for overcoming the obstacles
people often encounter when they
move into positions of leadership. They
also have opportunities to enhance
their personal awareness by identifying
leadership strengths and opportunities
for development.
Virtual Leadership
The Virtual Leadership workshop is an
interactive and skill-focused learning
experience in which participants explore
the timely and relevant issues that virtual
leaders face: geographic distance, cultural
differences—even boundaries that may
exist within the organization itself. The
workshop offers participants powerful
strategies, methods, and tools to use as
they diagnose and address these and
other issues, allowing leaders to better
impact the organization’s bottom line
through the contributions of their virtual-
team members.
Mini-MBA & Operational
Finance Program
Developed at Columbia University, the
Bottom Line Mini-MBA is a management
and executive development program
that aligns people around the common
language and analytical tools of
business. This comprehensive program
provides participants with a clearer
vision of financial objectives and metrics,
sharpens business acumen, and lays the
groundwork for smart, business-savvy
decision making that will favorably
impact a company’s productivity and
profitability.
Working Across Generations
The Working Across Generations
workshop is a powerful program that
helps leaders and employees build their
understanding about their own style,
tendencies and viewpoints that have
been influenced by their generation.
Using this self-discovery process,
participants also learn about the distinct
characteristics of other generations and
how to strengthen relationships, integrate
difference to create dynamic teams,
communicate effectively and bridge the
gap between generations in a flexible
and collaborative way.
CMOE10

individual contributors, which provides the
organization with a shared framework for
communication ensuring greater alignment
and open dialogue.
Conflict and Collaboration
The Conflict and Collaboration workshop helps
participants discover how, when managed well,
conflict can be a force for innovation and posi-
tive change because it draws out diverse ideas,

of better relationships. Participants learn how to
more effectively manage the conflicts and dif-
ferences that arise as they perform their work,
as well as how to create collaborative solutions
as they interact with individuals and groups.
Innovation Skills
The Innovation Skills workshop is designed
to help individual contributors and leaders

quo, propose and communicate innovative
ideas, and to support innovative ideas from
others.
Managing Change
In the Managing Change workshop,
participants become more aware of their
perspective and attitudes about change
and discover how their work, flexibility, and
contribution to the organization may be
affected as a result. Participants gain not only
the skills and tools needed to increase their
personal resiliency and successfully manage
change that is going on around them, but
they also learn how to be change agents by
creating and orchestrating productive change
in the organization.
Personal Impact
CMOE’s Personal Impact workshop introduces
the critical skills and competencies that
people working in modern organizations
need in order to be influential, initiate change,
manage themselves and their situations, and
build strong relationships with others. The
workshop focuses on the core skillsets that
are essential to having personal impact, and
participants engage in extensive self-discovery
so they are more aware of their strengths and
opportunities for development.
Problem Solving and
Decision Making
In this workshop, participants are introduced

think through and diagnose a problem’s
root cause and then determine an effective
solution for the issue. These techniques are

way to develop talent,
engage the workforce,
and build future leaders.
Employees who know

The programs described in the Coaching, Strategy, Leadership Development, and Teamwork
sections are also available for Employee Development, in addition to the following programs.
Leadership Alignment Process
The Leadership Alignment Process is a
customized journey that takes teams and
organizations through a transformation
process designed to create dynamic
business results. Through each phase
of the alignment process, CMOE guides
the team or organization in identifying

addressing individual development
needs for leaders. With an approach

of the client’s issues and goals, CMOE
is able to impact key performance and
business drivers.
Supervisor Development Programs
CMOE’s Supervisor-Development
Modules are designed to help current
supervisors become more-effective
leaders, and recently promoted
employees transition into their new
supervisory role with greater success.
The learning experiences teach and
train participants on the essential, but
powerful, strategies all supervisors
must know in order to understand and
connect with the workforce and to drive
results. The modules can be delivered
in a flexible way to accommodate the
demanding schedules of supervisors.
Executive Coaching
CMOE’s Executive Coaching program
is built around a proven coaching
partnership that focuses on the unique
personal-development needs of
executives or leaders. Through a series
of one-on-one coaching sessions,
executives are guided through a self-
discovery process that allows them to
capitalize on their strengths, identify their
blind spots, and work on development
opportunities. The process is designed
to help leaders understand how
their development efforts can create
and sustain positive changes in their
leadership competencies and in the
people they lead, as well as positively
impact the organization’s results.

providing design services and instructional content for all types of audiences, including new leaders, experienced
leaders, supervisors, and employees. We can design the program or curriculum by tailoring previously developed
CMOE content, blending our content with internal client material, or creating completely new content based on
important competencies and needs. We believe that true collaboration with our clients is the best way to design
customized solutions, and we work to build strong, lasting relationships with all of the clients we serve.

Needs Analysis & Assessments
CMOE has extensive expertise in tailoring
assessments to address the specific purpose
and desired outcome identified by our
clients. We design and tailor assessments
that focus on obtaining substantive feedback
and insights from selected segments of the
organization. Using this approach, we identify
trends, ideas, and issues that management
can act on to create a positive change.
Through our process, managers learn how to
interpret results, facilitate problem solving in
groups, work with action-planning groups, set
organizational priorities, hold team members
accountable for their actions, and successfully
plan for and implement change.
An organization

  • 4. CMOE4 Interactive Our learning experiences engage participants, stimulate discussion, encourage active involvement, and inspire lively interaction. Customized CMOE solutions are tailored to the specific needs of the organizations we serve and focus on the specific skills, behaviors, and capabilities required of participants. While the core principles are consistent, the activities we use in our workshops (such as case studies, simulations and practice opportunities) are customized for the unique environment and culture of each organization. Business Oriented We aim to deliver specific business results to our clients by identifying and teaching the specific behaviors that support the client’s core strategy and goals and produce amazing results. Actual and Experiential We believe in the core principles of adult learning and that participants learn best by being given opportunities to practice what they are learning. We use real situations and current issues to help them learn through their own experience. Models and Tools Each workshop includes easy-to- remember tools and topic-specific models to help participants apply the principles they learn and access the information they gain when they need it most—back in the real world. Skills and How-To's Because participants need practical skills and tools to support their learning, we will focus not only on concepts and theories but, more importantly, on behaviors they can develop and techniques they can use that will help them be successful. Personal Feedback and Attention Through comprehensive assessment surveys and questionnaires, participants receive feedback from the facilitator as well as from their peers and direct reports. Application and Transfer Each participant creates an action plan to support the immediate transfer and application of competencies and knowledge they gain in the workshop to the business world. Follow-up and Sustainability CMOE partners with clients to create ongoing plans and processes to sustain, strengthen, and extend the learning process beyond the walls of the workshop. These may include reinforcement classes, additional practice and/or“teach-back” opportunities, one-on-one coaching, webinars/e-learning tools, other resources. Delivery Options CMOE training workshop can be delivered in the standard format or customized to a client’s unique needs. the workshop can be a stand-alone class or be completely integrated into existing curriculum. • 5. Coaching TIPS The Coaching TIPS2TM workshop focuses on developing the skills, abilities, and confidence that leaders need to become highly effective coaches, communicate well with others, share feedback and create lasting change in the organization. Participants learn the Coaching TIPS2TM Model, a practical process that applies to all types of coaching situations, including improving team- member performance, supporting growth and development, and increasing employee engagement. Coaching Skills: Advanced Coaching for Performance and Results This workshop helps coaches initiate measurable changes in team member commitment and empowerment, improvement in performance, and bottom- line results. The program is designed to apply to all types of coaching applications that coaches face, including coaching for performance, coaching for development as well as coaching for change and reinforcement. Continuous Improvement Coaching This program is designed to help team leaders, coordinators, and/or facilitators learn how to interact with team members and other stakeholders in the team process using a coaching approach. CMOE’s Coaching Model provides the foundation participants need to enhance the relationships they have with their team members so that they can effectively manage and influence the team’s activities, processes, and relationships in order to facilitate a successful, collaborative team effort. Courageous Conversations The Courageous Conversations workshop focuses on building the skills necessary for engaging in difficult conversations with others while maintaining the integrity of the relationship and achieving win-win outcomes for everyone. Participants learn how candor when confronting conflict constructively and maintaining open dialogue when emotions run high allows people to tackle problems and discuss issues that may otherwise go unaddressed. Safety Coaching The Safety Coaching workshop gives leaders and team members the skills they need to build strong coaching relationships and engage in productive dialogue about safety concerns, expectations, and protocols. Participants improve their communication skills, strengthen team-member accountability for following safety protocols, gain a renewed focus on optimizing the results of safety programs, and develop practical coaching skills that will improve safety performance across the organization. Sales Coaching The Sales Coaching workshop incorporates CMOE’s Coaching Model to increase the effectiveness and results of individuals working in a sales environment through targeted, sales-oriented coaching conversations. This workshop helps sales leaders develop the skills, abilities, and confidence they need to build relationships with team members, engage in ongoing coaching conversations, reinforce specific team-member behaviors, and help them make improvements in ways that will show up on the bottom line. Businesses today need talented leaders who can unleash the untapped potential and discretionary performance of every member of the organization, something that can only be achieved through effective coaching conversations. Leaders who engage their team members through constructive coaching and feedback are able to build team- member commitment to the organization’s goals, invite team members to participate as partners in the business, help maintain the organization’s competitive advantage and truly transform the organization—and in a way that is genuinely sustainable over the long term. • 6. Applied Strategic Thinking® CMOE’s Applied Strategic Thinking® workshop is a one-of-a-kind learning experience that gives leaders and individual contributors the skills to think and act more strategically at the individual level and on the front lines of work by creating long- term direction and plans for capitalizing on opportunities and achieving better results in their areas of responsibility. Participants will discover how to strike a balance between meeting today’s expectations and requirements, and being proactive about how to shape the future by thinking and acting in a strategic way. Strategic Leadership CMOE’s Strategic Leadership Workshop provides leaders and managers with the skills and tools they need to successfully capitalize on the forces and events that shape their world, allowing them to become architects of the future within their area of responsibility. Leaders will learn how to strategically position their Business-within-the-BusinessTM (function, department, or team) by creating their own unique, standalone strategy that aligns with and supports the organization’s overarching strategy. Strategic Teaming The Strategic Teaming workshop is focused on building client-centered collaboration and teaming to address the strategic challenges and opportunities facing the organization and driving long term value for the firm. Strategic Teaming serves as an opportunity to bring together the diverse perspectives of individuals or teams (either intact or cross- functional) to foster greater collaboration on strategic initiatives and achieve alignment on strategies and plans that the team or teams will need to execute together. Strategy Development Process and Services CMOE strategy retreats are specifically designed around each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Some organizations may need full strategy formulation; others may only need to refresh or tune up their strategy. Still, others may be at a turning point or experiencing a major disruption and need an in-depth overhaul of their strategy. Whatever situation an organization is in, CMOE can work with clients to develop strategies that elevate the organization to a new level of proactive planning and action that will lead to the desired future state. STRATEGY For organizations to be positioned for success over the long term, each function, department, and individual must figure out how to align with and support the organization’s overarching strategy. Every member of the organization needs to be proactive and engaged in supporting the broader strategic vision of the business, finding ways to contribute unique strategic value, helping harvest strategic opportunities, and navigating around obstacles to success. • 7. High-Performance Teamwork High-Performance Teamwork is a powerful, experience-based workshop that helps participants learn how to build and sustain high-performance teamwork, as well as explore tools and strategies to address and overcome common team challenges. Participants leave the learning experience with an integrated set of skills, knowledge, and plans to renew team spirit, enhance performance, and improve team trust and collaboration. When these skills are applied, teams become stronger, more productive, and more aligned in purpose than ever before. High Adventure Teambuilding Our team building courses help the team move rapidly through the phases of team development to help it deliver on its objectives quickly. In this program, teams develop new mindsets about how their team and team relationships work, as well as identify specific actions they can take to improve the way the team functions. Being offsite helps teams focus on the issues right in front of them, allowing members to reconnect with one another and align their individual efforts with important team objectives. Retreats for Teams CMOE is an industry leader in providing results-driven and custom-designed retreats for intact teams that give them a forum to work together to determine how to maximize their effectiveness, address issues they are facing, and build a collaborative team that is committed to excellence. Each retreat is tailored to address the unique dynamics and critical business issues of the team. Orienteering Orienteering is an engaging and powerful team-development simulation designed to create an immediate impact on how teams work together by assessing their strengths and areas of vulnerability using a creative, experiential approach. This hands- on business simulation takes teams (intact, cross-functional, special-project teams, and others) into the outdoors and replicates the common challenges that teams face on a daily basis. • 8. CMOE8 Qualities of Leadership Participants in this cutting edge program examine leadership in two parts—the characteristics that come from“within”a leader and the competencies, attributes, and skills leaders need to successfully interact with others. Participants look at their own leadership qualities and characteristics to identify leadership strengths that can be leveraged and strategies for addressing their opportunities for improvement. The program can be customized to reflect our client organization’s leadership competencies. Flexible Leadership This workshop provides leaders with the skills and tools they need in order to apply the right leadership style to situations they face every day and achieve the results they desire. Participants become more skilled and adaptable as they work with others, manage change, solve problems, and make decisions that drive results for the organization. Leading Innovation The Leading Innovation workshop is an engaging and interactive learning experience aimed at helping leaders get their team to be proactive and involved in identifying innovation opportunities rather than reacting to the innovations of others and missing the chance to use their experience in new and exciting ways. In this program, leaders develop the ability to tap into the creativity of their team members and unlock discretionary thinking and ingenuity that will benefit the team and organization as a whole. Leading Change CMOE’s Leading Change workshop provides leaders with the skills to not only manage the changes they are experiencing and help other team members adjust to those changes, but to also address another important aspect of leading change: creating and orchestrating productive and necessary change in their own team or function. Delegation and Accountability This workshop provides leaders with a set of core delegation skills that will enable them to overcome the challenges that often arise when delegating to others as well as establish accountability to ensure desired results. By developing these important skills, leaders are able to give employees the opportunity to be involved in completing important assignments, while still allowing the manager to set the team’s direction, lead the performance of others, and maintain accountability for the work that is accomplished by the team. Conflict and Collaboration The Conflict and Collaboration workshop helps participants discover how when managed well, conflict can be a force for innovation and posi- tive change because it draws out diverse ideas, creates synergy, and fosters the development of better relationships. Participants learn how to more effectively manage the conflicts and dif- ferences that arise as they perform their work, as well as how to create collaborative solutions as they interact with individuals and groups. Organizations need multifaceted leaders who can act on a broad vision, introduce change, engage the workforce, and sustain competitive advantage. To maximize their effectiveness and contribution to the organization, leaders need to be equipped with the most relevant knowledge, skills, and tools available today. When leaders at all levels of the business have the opportunity to develop themselves on key competencies, they are more likely to be successful in fulfilling their leadership expectations and tackling tough challenges in the competitive business world.
