3. NWP’s Directors say: “Shhh! Writers at Work! It’s 8:30 AM – Time for Writer’s Notebook.”

5. Author’s Chair In The Trust Tree… Jo Ann’s friend Anita was invited to talk about the author Iris Murdock on the Oprah Show.

6. Laura taught her niece Peyton how to sew. Laura said, “It was a magical moment with her. I wanted to pass on what my aunt once passed on to me.”

7. Renae says: “Change is inevitable in all of us.”

8. Jacqueline said: “I went to Latin Fusion with my friend Erika... We do these things where we are on the floor and we are thrusting…Then I got this packet. I thought it was a prize...”

9. I opened the packet. It was a Propeshia Packet!! Apparently Jacqueline’s husband thought the packet was for him. He used the materials in the packet and was caught checking himself out in the mirror.

10. “ I apologize for my shortcomings…” Heather says: “ I’m sorry that I do not use a filter when I speak….I will miss our writing project group.”

11. The Daily Log Presented by Katie “ I’m getting good money for this public announcement!” Lauren asks: “Did anyone else notice that she mentioned Cantina Laredo 4 times in her NWP report?”

12. 9:10-10:15: Writing Time & Response Groups Lauren says: “This is my response group. Aren’t they cute? Incredible stories, ladies!”

14. Audrey says: “ Warning: Suspend your beliefs about Vicki Larson! ”

15. Tupac (Vicki ?) says: “What’s up home girls?! It’s Time to make changes!”

16. Tupac (or Vicki ?) says: “ This is my former self…”

17. Tupac (or Vicki ?) says: “ On day 2, I will dress like this for my kids. I can do this! I’m having fun!”

18. Lynn shouts from our table: “Amanda, have you eaten lunch? Please eat! I’m afraid you will get writer-exia!”

19. Leslie read: “There is a gap in vocabulary acquisition among socio-economic groups of children.”

20. 2008 Fellows say: ”Nice presentation boards, Leslie! Can we come to your 2 nd grade classroom?”
