This document discusses crowdsourcing and crowdresourcing to solve challenges in cities and enable citizen-led projects. It describes the Nexthamburg model of crowdsourcing ideas and visions from citizens, then crowdresourcing the necessary resources like money, expertise, partners, space and politics to turn those ideas into realized projects. The model has been transferred to other cities and aims to "infect" traditional participation methods. A new platform called Stadtmacher was created to help raise the four key resources - planning/design, legal issues, financial support via crowdfunding, and political support - needed to turn crowdsourced ideas into reality. Pilot projects are now underway in four cities.

41. Next to the club, a large, publicly usable multi-
functional hall in the village square will be the
centerpiece of cultural life. Depending on needs
it is quickly divisible into several areas. With two-
storey construction, triple-storey height in the
stage area and a stage sinkable into the base-
ment, the hall makes even technically complex
events and productions possible for congresses,
mess and corporate events. Product replace-
ments could find suitable place as well as incen-
tives here. In addition all year round, flea and vic-
tuals markets will be realized. On warm days, the
hall doors can be opened so that bargaining can
take place indoors and outdoors.
Neben dem Club wird eine große, öffentlich nutz-
bare Multifunktionshalle auf dem Dorfplatz das
Herzstück des kulturellen Lebens sein. Doppel-
geschossig angelegt, mit dreifacher Geschoss-
höhe im Bühnenbereich und Bühnenabsenkung bis
in den Keller ermöglicht die Halle auch technisch
komplexere Events und Produktionen für Kon-
gresse, Messen und Firmenveranstaltungen. Pro-
duktpräsentationen können ebenso wie Incentives
hier einen geeigneten Raum finden. Darüber hin-
aus werden ganzjährig Floh- und Viktualienmärk-
te realisiert. An warmen Tagen können zudem die
Hallentore geöffnet werden, sodass drinnen und
draußen gefeilscht werden kann.
