When I am the provider, what do I want to offer?What is my unique positioning?& What does the market and customer data tell me? Where should I focus? Short, Mid and Long Term? How long will it take for me to reap dividends?
Build it based on a model that’s been used before, and potentially provenBalanced against the risks of being at the pointy end
Summary, from this data, can a business plan that maps out the opportunity be developed? Is it feasible for Service Providers to invest into the technology, and how might they take advantage of the opportunity?
