are involved in social entrepreneurship and tackling

technologies.

Using artificial intelligence and blockchain and promoting innovation, a government can significantly
improve the country people’s lives and modernise the country. Here’s how:
1. fully reap the benefits of new technologies is by preparing central bank and government and other
institutions for these technologies and start an adoption gradual plan;
2. Creating a national plan offering major education programs and training for central bank and
government management, employees;
3. Start a national SMEs and startups program towards digital economy slowly offering blockchain -
AI using mobile simple smart phones.
4. Start pilots with blocksdna app to be used by population that can start using digital based
messaging system and payments that can facilitate digitalisation of economy and society and
slowly integrate other areas of society such as banking, payrolls and health.
5. Through the use of blocksdna software creating efforts in pooling general country populations,
financial and health data.
6. Use blockchain for supply chain and promotion of the mining, solar efforts and fishing industry;
