The word "Church" to a religious person has more meaning than just a building where people meet
once a week. To a religious person the word "Church" means the body of Christ. The body of Christ
is made up of every person's personal strengths that work together to form the entire body to live out

the leaves and bark of Cassia fistula prepared by Soxhlet Extraction method. Crude extract was
analysed by phytochemical tests and FTIR–spectrum. Phytochemical studies revealed the presence
of some interesting secondary metabolites like tannins, flavonoid, carbohydrate, saponins,
glycosides and phenol in the leaf extract while tannins, flavonoids, carbohydrate, saponins,
glycosides, phenol and terpenoid in the stem bark during qualitative analysis. Interestingly, FTIR
analysis of acetone stem bark extract shows the absorption bands which are closely similar to
Catechin. FTIR analysis confirms the presence of phenolic compound and flavonoid content. So the
present study provide evidences that leaves and bark of Cassia fistula contain bioactive constituents

Exotic and Aromatic, nutmeg became monopolized by the Dutch in the early 1600's after the
massacring the islands native population (AUBREY, 2012). Here the first plantations of the spice
were established and all other sources which could pose a threat to the economic assets of the Dutch
were eradicated. Prior to this, it had been considered a rare commodity predominantly throughout

DISCUSSION
The first place to start on overall success of the experimentation would be the IR and melting point
values. If the IR and melting point reveal to match exactly with literature values, the whole of
experimentation can be deemed successful. Unfortunately, the reality is not as simple, for even a
slight impure peak or skewness in melting point shows flaw in the sample product. Benzaldehyde
was the first chemical in question. For this lab example, pure benzaldehyde was provided. For
exemplary purposes, the IR of benzaldehyde was taken to track the peak alterations that could occur
in later steps. The melting point provides further evidence of the purity of the benzaldehyde, but
purity was assumed and therefore melting point was not taken. Benzaldehyde is a simple aromatic
compound with a aldehyde group; therefore, expected peaks are the aromatic ring constituents, C=O
bond representative of aldehydes, and C–H bonds representative of aldehydes. According to the

The idea for R was first conceived in the early 1990's by Ross Ihaka and Robert Gentleman, two
professors at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Although Ihaka had contemplated the idea
of developing a programming language before meeting Gentleman. He references a book entitled
The Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs as one inspiration that led to R. The book
was meant to teach programming to engineering students through Scheme. The book provided a
practical and interesting approach to programming. It also demonstrated the implementation process
of a language like Scheme. In addition to this book, Ihaka had also been inspired by S, a statistical
programming language developed at Bell Laboratories. He'd once needed to demonstrate a rule

the IR spectrum exhibiting all the bond vibrations is the amide group. The percent yield of 124.6%
imply that there was a mechanical error that occurred, thus, also tampering with the progression of
the chemical reaction. The wide melting point range of 165 C–169 C denote the impurity of the
acetaminophen product.

method for further examining the functional connectivity (FC) of the regions of the brain and
subdivide them based on spatial positioning and function. Understanding FC in the brain can
significantly improve understanding of many brain functions and the effect of outside stimulus of
various parts of the brain. This examination will only be able to take place by creating an accurate
whole brain atlas. This creation of a whole brain atlas, or a map of the brain separating it into
regions of interest (ROI) based positioning and/or function, has typically been done via fMRI
analysis of the brain combined with an anatomically based mapping procedure. This study seeks to
use fMRI technology combined with an algorithm to create voxel clusters or ROI's that optimize
both spatial coherence and homogeneity in regards to the FC of the individual ROIs that can closely
match of the results of a voxel–wise analysis, while improving on computation power required and
interpretability.

The claimant was diagnosed with radiculopathy in the lumbosacral region.
SOAP note dated 06/23/2017 stated that the claimant complained of cervical, thoracis and lumbar
spine pain. The claimant also had swelling related to neuropathy. The claimant's blood pressure was
141/105. The physical examination revealed significant muscle spasm with moderately reduced and
painful range of motion in the cervical spine, as well asn neck pain. There was positive cervical
dystonia and positive facet loading as well. Examination of the back revealed significant muscle
spasm and moderate pain with range of motion, positive bilateral hip and sacroiliac joint tenderness.
There was decreased mobility, decreased lumbar spine extension and positive facet loading test.
There was positive bilateral L5 radiculopathy. There was numbness in the lower extremities and
non–pitting edema in the bilateral legs. The claimant was diagnosed with cervical spine pain,
chronic lower back pain, chronic pain syndrome, lumbar spine radiculopathy and radiculitis nad
cervical sponsylosis without myelopathy. The treatment plan included continuing with chiropractic

Patience is the key in accomplishing anything. My most challenging class this year would be my
Math Analysis Honors course. My main struggle was fully understanding the curriculum that I
avoided my sophomore year, with Algebra 2 Honors. The curriculum was knowing the domain and
range of a graph, I assumed that this notion would stay in Algebra 2 and not follow me into my next
math course. Starting off the year, the class was simple as it was review of Algebra 2, however days
later I am faced with domain and range. I took tests that dealt with this concept and would always
get those specific questions wrong. I remember, my teacher saying how most concepts in math
would never go away and would be there when taking math in college. My first thought was getting
help right away and was exactly what I did. I stayed after school in the Godinez Grizzly Lounge
where I got aid from a tutor who took her time in fully explaining the essential way to understand
domain and range. After a couple of weeks attending tutoring sessions with her I felt more confident
in working with domain and range and was able to get these questions right on the next test that I
had. Learning how to figure out these two concepts on a graph was harder as a result of giving up
my previous year. I knew, however that I needed to address the issue differently and that's what I
