* 2001 - Bogdan Belu founded Distinct New Media
* 2001 - Getting Radio Total and Radio 21 as clients
* 2003 - We diversify our clients and knowledge base portfolio entering two new emerging segments VoIP (Voice over IP) and SMS/Voice
VAS (Value Added Services)
* 2003 - Completed SMSPLUS - first (as far as we know) mobile services (sms and content) delivery platform in Romania
* 2003 - Completed Dialplus (http://www.dialplus.ro) - dialup services platform featuring instant account creation by SMS
* 2003 - Started to offer VoIP support and development services for clients in Romania and abroad (H323 based, then SIP)
* 2003 - Created application 'Zapp Installer' for Telemobil SA (CDMA voice&data services provider), application was distributed to all data
services customers in order to help them automatically setup internet connection
* 2003 - More installation and support services for local companies IT infrastructure and services
* 2003 - Opened a new office and launched SEO departament in order to provide human operator supervised link exchange for our clients in

* 2003 - Produced various websites, mostly as frontends for our backend technology
* 2004 - Voip support - made operational first post-war VoIP termination service in Iraq using Cisco access servers
* 2004 - Milestone: having 24/7 (non-stop) technical support team
* 2004 - Continuing to develop new sms services (games and info services) on top of SMSPLUS

* 2004 - Dialplus goes nationwide, interconnection project, adding about 40 more access servers into system
* 2004 - Created Certicord (phone conversations recorder) and Soundercover PSTN (live mixing prerecorded sounds into a phone
conversation), cooperation with Simeda Gmbh
* 2004 - Radu Ometita joins team as partner, getting into AVL (Autovehicle Location) business, having office full of cutting edge GPS and
GPRS technology for evaluation
* 2004 - Programming first Java MIDP application for Siemens TC45 embedded device
* 2004 - Completed 'Hotline router' - Call center software for adult IVR industry
* 2004 - Support: launching our own monitoring platform
* 2005 - Completed 'Fazan', 'Kuplometru' and 'Hangman' by sms applications and seeing those used by tens of thousens of users
