Donna Rogers, instructor of management, graduated with a Masters of Ed. in HR Development w/honors from UIUC. She was initiated as a member of the International Honor Society in Education: Kappa Delta Pi & the Professional society of Vocational Education: Omicron Tau Theta. Her HR career began in 1991 later certifying as a SPHR from HRCI currently recertified thru February 2016. She joined UIS as an adjunct faculty member in 2002 and continued teaching on an “as needed basis” at both UIS & Robert Morris College until 2008 when she joined the UIS College of Business and Management full-time.
