Coordinating system and application issues with internal and external customers (L2 support). Coordinating with
development team for resolutions, TATs, release and deployments.
Define and maintain processes for smooth execution of operations and DevOps
Strong technical operational support of production and staging application, software and cloud infrastructure.
Observing the patterns of issues/requests and suggesting improvements in the form of automation, utilities,
infrastructure optimizations and process improvements.
Be part of the innovation for Product development
Working conditions: Shift based role covering 24/7/365
Leading a team of L2 support engineers including people management

Sound understanding of operating system concepts and networking concepts.
Hands on experience with maintaining web servers, databases and complex distributed architecture. Knowledge of
cloud setup management would be preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self motivated, Team player and able to present ideas in user friendly way.
Good understanding of Agile and Continuous Integration processes
Willingness to work in shifts and handle phone calls and live chat sessions
