• My data shows the profit of a new souvenir
shop from day one. At the beginning, it starts
out slow, but the profit picks up quickly after
people start to hear about it.

4. Why
• I chose this graph for my data because it was very
similar to a X and Y table, where X was the
days, and Y was the profit for those days, very
similar to a mathematical function, which means
that a line graph was the best choice because line
graphs are always used with functions.
• Line Graph- used to plot changes in data over
time, such as monthly temperature changes or
daily changes in stock market prices. They have a
vertical axis and a horizontal axis(X and Y).
