        and Machinery as well as forecast of total costs at project completion.

        Work up of detailed project schedule that states when each construction and

        timelines.

        with related Plants and Machinery Manufacturers as well as identifying and
        employing Production and Support Staff required to successfully manage and
        operate related Project.

        Development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Task Assignment,

        Critical Success Factors and Critical Path.

        Forward Planning to mitigate potential risks, including supply disruptions and
   
        implementation of contingency plans.

        Marketing Research including testing and or refining new product ideas before
   
        product launch, as well as assessing the impact of advertising, and confirming

    AMB. MAYSON TUAN-WLEH DEW (EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN)

        Ambassador MAYSON TUAN-WLEH DEW is a former Liberia minister and
        also ambassador to France, Greece, Spain, Algeria, Switzerland and UNESCO
        1980’s. He is the Executive Chairman of Royal Marines & Spares Nigeria Limited
        the company that is handling NNPC TUMA vessel. He is also the chairman of
        Energy Consulting Services with Transocean Energy Company, USA here in
        Nigeria. He has vast network of political cloud as well as business connections
        which earned him the chairmanship position in O J McCoy Limited.

        He has well over twenty five years of entrepreneurial experience and understands
        the business terrain in Nigeria. He is also the chairman of Petrotex Nigeria
        Limited, and Petroleum Inspection Consulting Services Limited.

       He is currently the Senior Special Adviser and Envoy to the Liberian President
       and with his international connection would be able to pull business transactions
       to the company which he is the chairman. He is the current chairman of UBA Plc
       (LIBERIA)

    AMB. CHIKA J. ORAMAH (VICE CHAIRMAN)

       Ambassador CHIKA J.J.ORAMAH is the Vice Chairman and Director
       (International Corporate Businesses) of O J McCoy LIMITED.

       He obtained a first degree in Journalism from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka,
       in 1972 and a Masters in Economics from the University of Warsaw, Poland,
       in1986. He also obtained post-graduate diplomas in French from Universite de
       Benin, Lome, Togo, in 1973, and Portuguese from Universidade de Coimbra,
       Portugal, in 1977. Amb. Oramah’s solid intellectual reputation and sound
       character were recognized early by the Federal Government of Nigeria when he
       was employed in the prestigious Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he served his
       fatherland creditably from 1972 to 1988. As a result of his service in the Foreign
       Ministry, he is widely travelled, having served in the Republics of Benin and the
       Congo, the United States of America (as Consul of Nigeria, Consulate General of
       Nigeria, Atlanta, Georgia), Poland and Hungary.

       He also rose rapidly in the Foreign Service, attaining the rank of Minister before
       he retired voluntarily in 1988 to go into private business. Since then, Amb.
       Oramah has been providing innovative solutions to corporate institutions in the
       areas of trade and project financing. His select clientele are drawn from the
       agriculture, petroleum, gas, energy, and land transportation sectors. He has
       established strong partnership and collaboration with highly reputable
       international banks, credit agencies, multilateral funding organizations and top
       rated local banks. Amb.Oramah’s niche is in the areas of strategic planning and
       business development, combining expert scientific skills with knowledge-based,
       cost-effective solutions, ably supported by efficient project management. He

    OHIO EHIMIYEIN (CHIEF STRATEGIST)

       Mr. OHIO EHIMIYEIN is the Managing Partner/Chief Strategist of O J
       McCoy Limited, an integrated business services provider, enterprise support and
       project financing company. His strong entrepreneurial, organizational and
       leadership skills are much highly needed to drive the market for the product. He
       is a former credit and marketing team leader in one of the leading banks in
       Nigeria where he began his professional career and resigned from the bank to
       pursue his passion. He has over seven years experience in oil and gas, consulting
       and another in banking (Access Bank Plc). He is an associate member of the
       Institute of Petroleum and Energy Marketer of Nigeria (IPEMN).

       University of Benin where he made second class upper honors. He is also
       running an executive management programme (MBA) in Organizational Strategic
       Management in Lagos. He comes with his experience in Leadership,
       Management, Peak Performance Management, Change Management, Credit
       Analysis, Financial Auditing & Analysis, Business Strategy Development,
       Marketing and Sales Skills as well as Product and Brand Management. He is
       currently a pioneering partner of a world class customer services company in
       Nigeria- MIG Consulting developing and building human capital. He also
       pioneered Rhythm 5, a leadership training outfit.

       A registered member of the HR Resource Group in the USA, Nigerian Institute
       of Management and a trained CRM & Strategic Planning & Execution Consultant
       from Cranfield School of Management an E-Learning seminar, UK. He is
       associated with the Better Management Program in UK. He is experience in

    PHILLIP AKIODE - PARTNER, FINANCIAL ADVISORY

       Mr. Akiode is a graduate of Business Administration, a Chartered Accountant,
       Chartered Marketer, Professional Banker and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He
       holds M.Sc in Banking and Finance and won the much coveted Afribank prize
       for the overall best student in the M.Sc Banking and Finance programme of the
       University of Ibadan in 1991.

       Mr. Akiode has been actively involved in various fields of management. He was
       the Budget Accountant of Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Limited, Chief
       Executive of Consolidated Management Consultants Limited, Principal
       Consultant with Olushola Adekanola & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax
       Practitioners), Deputy Managing Consultant/CEO of Risonpalm Limited in Port
       Harcourt, Managing Director of NIYAMCO Plc, Bacita (Kwara State), among
       other responsibilities.

       He worked in the banking system for five years as Head regulatory Reports/MIS
       on leaving the system.

       He was an Associate Lecturer in the faculty of social sciences, University of
       Ibadan and lectured M.Sc (Banking & Finance) and MBA courses for about
       seven years. He lectured and managed at least two colleges in the United
       Kingdom.

     IGHO ORIENRU – PARTNER, BUSINESS OUTSOURCING

       IGHO is a peak performance coach, author, public/motivational speaker and
       advisor. He is a trained management Consultant, with specialization in Customer
       Service, Relationship Management, Professional Management Education and
       Leadership.

       He was exposed extensively to several programs on Banking, Financial Services,
       Managerial Psychology and Human Capital Management while working for
       several Financial Institutions for Fifteen years. Igho obtained two Masters
