A completely different ball game from an operations standpoint Learning – Learning has never been more critical than it is now. Pandemic has neccessiated a whole new bunch of skills, enterprises are having to add completely new skills to their armory at a much faster pace as Enterprises struggle to regain momentum.

UK Reason for Agility – Changes in markets, volatile scenario, new skill needs coming up very frequently to deal with this volatility Content plays a much larger role in engaging the learner Content digestion is a new dimension that needs to be considered Content Consumption – Technologies like xAPI etc
  12. Nitin Instructors need to have innovative ways to keep learner engaged. Could be asking Q’s on the fly, creating panels etc. We have now seen 2 dimensions. UK, can you talk now about the third dimension which is Technology? Micro Learning Interactions between Participants and between instructor and learner
