Q: How is this different from the Switch to Goodness campaign implemented last January and March
cycles?
A: This cycle’s Switch to Goodness campaign is only for NEW Human Nature customers and includes
almost ALL categories and products (except for 50ml SKUs and Social Enterprise products). Past STG
campaigns were open to any customer and focused on one category per cycle only.
*New - walk-ins or unregistered end users and shoppers
Q: In what channel is the Switch To Goodness applicable?
A: Switch To Goodness is applicable in all Human Nature branches nationwide. This is not applicable
in retail stores and the online store.
Q: Who are qualified to avail of the Switch to Goodness promo?
A: Only new customers (walk-ins or unregistered end users and shoppers) are qualified to avail of the
promo and may be availed only ONCE.
Q: What products are qualified for switching?
A: Any non-Human Nature product is allowed for switching except those in sachets.
Q: Are Social Enterprise (SE) products included in this campaign?
A: No. SE products are not included in the STG campaign.
Q: Is there a maximum quantity that I can bring and switch?
A: You can purchase and switch as many products as you want, provided you surrender a non-Human
Nature counterpart on each switch, corresponding to a 1:1 ratio of your intended purchase. However,
you can only switch ONCE (one transaction only).

Q: Can I switch an item from a different category to my preferred Human Nature
product?
A. Unfortunately, no. As much as we wish for you to try all our products, we require the
exchange to be between products of similar type. For example, a non-Human
Nature shampoo must be switched with a Human Nature shampoo.
Q: Can I still avail of the Switch to Goodness promo after I register?
A: No. The customer can only switch ONCE (one transaction only).
Q: Can I switch a synthetic product with a different-sized Human Nature product?
A: Yes. For example, one can exchange a 50ml non-Human Nature shampoo with a
200ml Human Nature shampoo, or a 400ml non-Human Nature product with a 200ml
Human Nature product.
Q: Can I still switch my synthetic product if it does not have an exact Human Nature
equivalent?
A: Yes. As long as the item is a similar type or format or has a similar use, the exchange is
considered valid.
Q: Can I avail a discount for multiple items from one switched product?
A: No. The Switch To Goodness promo is only good for a direct 1:1 ratio. You may only
avail a discount for one item per switch made.

Q: Will the discount increase if I exchange two or more non-Human Nature products for
only one Human Nature product?
A: No. The 30% discount is the maximum discount except for Home Care and Insect
repellent products which has a maximum discount of 20% only. Even if you switched 2 or
more products, the discount is still at 30% and 20%.
Q: Can I switch empty, used, faded, or discarded products?
A: Yes, empty, used, faded, discarded products may be switched, provided they be
switched with HN products of the same category.
Q: Will you accept bottles that have torn labels?
A: Yes, as long as the product label is still readable.
Q: Can I still switch products that has an expired date stamped?
A: No. All switched products should be within its indicated expiry date.
Q: How will the whole transaction go about in the store?
Step One – Check if the product you're going to surrender is a synthetic product.
Step Two – Go to the nearest HN branch and bring the non-natural product you want to
exchange for HN products. You may approach any customer care officer in the store,
any time during your shopping, for assistance.
Step Three – Proceed to the cashier for payment transaction. The cashier
assistant will check the label and get the surrendered product container
from you.

Q: How can I avail of the P499.75 lowered membership registration, after I made the
switch?
A: You can avail of the P499.75 lowered membership in 2 ways :
– Immediately register after you made the switch.
– Experience 1st our natural products and still need time to think if if you want to
register? just keep the receipt and present it when you avail of the lowered
membership registration.
But the offer is until July 14 only.
Q. I already made the switch and I decided to register but I can’t go to the branch,
can I register online?
A. Yes, as long as you have the receipt. Scan and email it.
Q. I already made the switch from Branch A then I decided to register to Branch B, is
this acceptable?
A. Yes, as long as you present the receipt. You can avail of the P499.75 registration kit
from Branch B.
6. NEW RECRUITS/REFERRALS FAQs
Q. I already made the switch, but I lost my receipt. Can I still register and avail of the
P499.75 registration kit?
A. Yes. But you can only register to the branch where you made
the switch.
Q. I made the switch and availed of the promo for hair care . My total single receipt
amount is P499.75, do I still need to pay P499.75 to sign up?
A. Yes. Since the lowered membership registration of P499.75 flexi-kit,
products should be purchased at SRP.
Q: Can I still add shampoo and conditioner, HN powder or liquid detergent on my
selection for the lowered membership registration?
A. The promo products can still be purchased even w/o the switch and included in the
starter kit but will be charged at SRP.
