Last summer I was invited to take the OMC in NYC, and on my chair I found a lovely little notebook and some color sharpies. Throughout the three days I took notes and reflections of the sessions and workshops, eventually filling a total of six (!) HI notebooks with scribbles and drawings. In the pdf I think they have been boiled down to just one book... I used the notebook to stay focused when the sessions were challenging. When I felt resistance. When I got overwhelmed. I tried to capture my insights and just whatever went through my head.
