I am a Blue-Collar Solution Architect and an aspiring Software Craftsman passionate about architecting, designing and developing distributed applications and services that meet high performance-at-scale numbers. My first programs were in Fortran (in 1991) and fell in love with Perl during my Graduate School years (1995-1996) at Arizona State. Since then, I have enjoyed being somewhat of a polyglot dabbling with building applications in Java, Python and Ruby.
