This slide explains how to embed videos in a blog post or video gallery.

self-hosting videos. But in terms of sustainability, exposure and convenience,
shared hosting seems to overshadow the advantage of self-hosting for
obvious reasons.
Another significant value is the cloud computing software support wherein
videos will load very fast even on slow internet connections and is tested
against immersive attacks.
Most shared hosting sites also provide
applications for iOS and Android, so viewing a
video from a mobile device is relatively easy.

3. Make sure the video you want to share is uploaded in a shared hosting site.
Next step would be to go to the video page and search for the ‘Share’ or
‘Embed’ button. Copy the ‘embed’ code.

Clicking on the embed video icon will open a small
window where you should paste the embed code and set
the dimension for the video. Don’t forget to click ‘Insert’ at
the bottom to apply the settings.

6. You will know you’ve successfully
embedded the code if you see a box with
the Flash logo. This preview will load
depending on your internet connection.
Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom to post the
video.
