Consider your values
Examine each value card and consider: What meaning does this value have for you? What part
does it play in your life? Or What part do you want it to play in your life?
What is valuable to you may be different from what is valuable to me? Think clearly about the
value and decided whether it is something fundamentally important to you.

           My Values Discarded
Test your values
Examine each of your values to determine whether it is a MEANS value or an ENDS value. Ends values are the
most important and are core to what you want and believe in. Means values are a way of achieving an ends
value. Through this process you may uncover some new ends values. Ask yourself what will this value bring
me? If you find yourself in cyclic pattern you have most likely identified an Ends Value. For example: family is a
means to achieving love or happiness or security.

                    ENDS MEANS
Order your values
Rank your values in order of their importance, with position one being the most important.

1. 6.
2. 7.
3. 8.
4. 9.
5. 10.
