2. Mass media is communication with a large
number of audience.
There are two types of mass media:-
1. Print media
(Newspapers, books, posters, etc.)
2. Electronic media (Television, internet, etc.)

3. I am cinema and I have several meanings like a
movie, movie theater, motion picture, etc. I
am a type of mass media.
I have a great importance and a lot of impact
on the society.
People enjoy and love watching me.

4. I was born in the 1890’s. First, I was in
black and white and the people
didn’t speak at all. That time was
called ‘The Silent Era’.
The first movies to be shown were
mostly about ‘Charlie Chaplin’.

5. I am very important to people in different
ways.
Directors and producers take me as way of
earning money.
Actors and actresses think I am a means of
popularity.
Artists take me as an art.
The general public think I am entertainment.

6. I effect people in good ways as well as bad ways.
Good ways:-
 If there is some educational value in the film.
 If there is some kind of moral taught in the
movie.
Bad ways:-
 If there are crime scenes in the movie
 If there are some manner less scenes shown.

7. Cinema is something that is not real.
Cinema is all about how you feel.
Never try to copy what is shown,
May it be a child or a grown.
Cinema is just an act,
Its not real, not a fact.
Cinema is good or bad,
It can make you happy and sad,
Cinema is something you are lucky to have!!!
