2. Why FloorVision?
On-Line Storage: It's often hard to find the right data to help solve a yield
problem, even with modern data analysis tools. FloorVision makes it simple to find the data
because the data is centralized and linked up in a relational DB and searchable via a web
browser. A central private cloud server with a highly efficient database does 99% of the work
On-Line Analysis: It can take time to figure out what’s going on when
dealing with many data sources. FloorVision’s intuitive drill-down makes analysis a lot
easier and automatically integrates the data from Fab/Probe/Test via genealogy information
for straight-forward cause/effect analysis

be difficult. FloorVision allows you to save everything on-line and share your work in one

What about STDF and Other Formats? STDF and other data are ftp’d
to our servers by our customers (or we can set-up a server for you in-house). Our pipeline processes run on the
data and automatically link up data sources for genealogy and MES (e.g. SAP). So your engineers no longer
look at datalogs in isolation. They can immediately see the package types, production steps and the wafers in
Fab from genealogy.
What about Characterization or other
Engineering Work? Each engineer has their own personal FloorVision database and a full
suite of tools is available with the data being kept separate from the production databases

We have customers with many terabytes of data on-line (e.g.
at least one customer supplies Apple, so imagine the amount of
data generated every day) as well as smaller customers with only
a few gigabytes of data
Because of this scalability, all your historical data, if available, can
be processed into the database for multi-year analysis
It takes only minutes for users to stack hundreds of wafers for bin
and parametric analysis, with near zero set-up time cause all the
wafer data is available via a quick search of the database. Then
just select the wafers for the analysis & click on an icon
