SSU have to use multi types of skills and knowledges.
The system for customers to pay for their service is simple but planer.
In contrast, the social model which SSU create is sterically constructed.
It is difficult to find the best answer because there are too many variable factors.
Example questions SSU have to face
・How to attract skilled staffs without money?
・How to measure their impact?
・How to communicate with diverse volunteers?
・How to find the leverage point?
5. ④Ex: To find the leverage point,
It’s better to use system thinking.
SSU use system thinking not only to solve problems,
but also to understand the relationship of people and events in back of problems,
