Ejido Verde is regenerating land owned by indigenous people in Mexico through sustainable forestry practices. Within two years, their work on 2,400 hectares improved groundwater and increased wildlife. A community with 400 hectares can earn $49 million over 30 years, lifting people out of poverty. The organization is seeking a special impact investor who will receive a share of top line revenue starting in year 10 in exchange for a $5.9 million investment. This provides a near guaranteed 1.5-2x return over 10 years while supporting indigenous communities and regenerative land management.
