Dr. Kishor Chandra Satpathy obtained his MA (Education) and MLISc Degree from Panjab University Chandigarh; PGDLAN from the University of Hyderabad and PhD from Assam (Central) University Silchar. Presently, he is working as a Librarian and Coordinator, Green MBA & MOOCs Project at National Institute of Technology Silchar. He has over twenty years of professional experience including teaching & research experience. Earlier, he worked as a Librarian & Coordinator, Media Relation at Indian Institute of Management, Indore and also served at Panjabi University Patiala; CEE Ahmedabad; CMTR Chandigarh in various capacities. Besides, he was the Coordinator, Centre for Educational Technology.
