Acupressure and Acupuncture are two therapies based in the practice of
traditional Chinese medicine.
Acupressure and acupuncture can do a world of wonders for broadly

TECHNIQUE USED
Acupressure technique involve- pressure application, rubbing,
stretching,
rolling, kneading, wiping, grasping and exercises.
 Intensity of patient varies.
Different approaches for applying pressure=
I) Constant pressure.
II) Intermittent pressure

PROCEDURE
•Administered by acupuncturist often.
•Pressure increase for about 30 sec, held steady for 30
sec- 2 min.
•Repeated 3-5 times.
