12. MBR EDUCATION COMMITTEE :
The MBR recently completed its Compresenhive real estate review last November 30, 2014 which was held at The Manors Hotel, a total of 88
examinees will take the exam tentatively on May 31, 2014. For 2015 MBR will hold a final review seminar that will start on January 10, 2015, this is the
last chance for none Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management graduate. MBR Members are requested to campaign for reviewees. The MBR
Education committee includes the following: Manuel Montano, Engr. Willy Segovia, Lourdes Laderas, Engr. Ramon Magdaong, Xylex Dela Torre and
Armando Escobedo.

13. PAREB INVOLVEMENT:
MBR participated in all PAREB activities, including the fellowship and sports event, MBR sent a large delegation to the 2014 National
Convention and has continuously supported Pareb MLS. This year is a Banner year for our Board because Past President Rey Lim
was elected as the 2015 National President of Pareb , Likewise Atty. James Balmas was elected as the 2015 National Treasurer and
Ms. Rovilin Rondilla was crowned as the Most Popular Lady of Pareb 2014.
