Research suggests that on average we each have somewhere in the region of 50,000 to 80,000 thoughts each day.
For many of us many of these thoughts are either the same or very similar thoughts. In other words they are recycled thoughts. Whilst I’m totally in favour of ‘recycling’ that’s not very helpful when it comes to thoughts and when so many of us want so many wonderful things in our lives and yet we are unconsciously restrained by repetitive thinking.
Make 2016 the year you reduce the number of recycled thoughts and create new, more empowering and helpful ones.
I's still January so if you're struggling with those New Years Resolutions a;ready there's still plenty of time to create ' A Brand New You'
The New Year is forging ahead so until you get the chance to read my book take a look at the 12 steps in this slide share presentation. It will begin to give you some insight into how to create 'A Brand New You' for 2016.

inherit the earth; while the
learned find themselves
beautifully equipped to deal with
a world that no longer exists.”

9. “All conditions and all
circumstances in our lives are
the result of a certain level of
thinking. If we want to change
the conditions and
circumstances, we have to
change the level of thinking
that is responsible for it.”
Albert Einstein
