Creative Digital Innovation Partnership The Australian Labour Party has committed to investing $28 million into an initiative to create the Australian “Silicone Valley”. This investment, to create Australia’s global gateway for innovation and high-tech start-ups will be matched by industry and research funds taking the total investment to $56 million. The sectors targeted by the initiative are transport, financial services and informational communications technology.
