More of a People Operations renegade, I try to break past "Best Practices" and disrupt ingrained control mechanisms through contemporary behavioral science methods and applied psychology.
I'm an accomplished HR and OD professional with experience in both HR business process outsourced solutions and technology, as well as in-house generalist and specialist positions in startups, SMBs, and a large multinational.
In my last three roles I've reported directly to CXOs, assisting the growth of these organizations and/or functions, and expanding my scope from what was originally envisioned.
