 About Hooray

 Hooray is a Los Angeles based innovation development company, founded in March 2010,
 specializing in mobile app development. We work with publishers, brands, agencies and individuals
 to create immersive and highly interactive products that are some of the world's most engaging
 consumers experiences.

 Our core products are our own brands. We focus on innovating, launching and marketing our
 personal ventures as case studies for how we can drive success for our clients. In addition to our
 own products we are working with a variety of brands which include Random House/Dr. Seuss
 Enterprise, Disney, Warner Brothers and Dare to Pass Inc.

 Our company is privately held, with the majority ownership stakes shared by co-founders Ryan
 Stoner and Olivier Rabenschlag.

 Our approach to working with you
  We will create a strong partnership built around strategy, innovation, creativity,
  collaboration, smart ideas and efficient development.

• Initialize Solutions and Features. We spend the first 3-7 days strategizing with your team to
        decide how best to utilize the technology to a given property or original idea.
• Customization and Development. Over the course of the next 30-45 days, we would partner with
        your team to customize the new media product to your specifications. The duration of this phase
        depends on how much customization you would like us to do.
• Testing & Training. Our pre-launch phase takes 5-15 days. During this time we would deploy a
        handful of devices to employees and other beta testers to give the platform a test run and fix any
        unforeseen issues. We work with your team to make sure everyone is comfortable using the
        technology.
• Marketing Consultancy. We will create a marketing master calendar, highlighting all relevant
        initiatives, opportunities and executional tactics.
• On-going Evolution. For the duration of your contract, we would continue to improve our platform
        and make new features available to you in the form of continual upgrades and enhancements.
