Agile is becoming an overused word. John offered some excellent answers to the questions: What is an agile organisation? How is agile working different from flexible working? What are the corporate benefits of agile working?
In his presentation to APM on 10th March 2015 [full webinar recording can be viewed at: [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQa5YnqCHOE ] John set out a credible vision of the world of work in 2025 and how this will alter the ways we work and what work activities will take place in this scenario.
John answered several questions at the end of the webinar. However, he kindly agreed to provide a written response to each of the questions received during the webinar. These are reproduced in the associated document.
Drawing on his experience John advised the audience on Initiating and delivering successful agile working projects, and how to effectively manage different work styles in a project team and the organisation as a whole.
