  1. Het is geen blauwdruk, meer ‘n andere manier van werken. Veel meer samen. Je krijgt dan meer betrokkenheid
  2. Voorbeeld uit Denemarken
  3. Probleemomschrijving: 125K bejaarden zijn afhankelijk van de voedsel voorziening van de overheid. Daarvan is 20% tot 60% ondervoed. Interactie met de zaal: Hoe zouden jullie dit probleem aanpakken?
  4. Hoe heeft het bedrijf dat volgens DT handelt dit aangepakt? Nader onderzoek van het probleem Wat is het werkelijke probleem  * Observeren bij de bejaarden: opwarmen maaltijd, snel opeten, vaak lauw * Observeren bij de voedsel bereiders; wat blijkt? Voedselbereider in de publieke keuken is een baantje met laag aanzien (geen passie, geen plezier) (3) Dus de context is verbreed; niet alleen gekeken naar menu en de bejaarden maar ook de voedselbereiders
  5. Nieuwe probleemstelling: Bij zowel bejaarden als voedselbereiders is dus een sociale behoefte van  * bejaarden: eenzaamheid en stigma om afhankelijk te zijn van voedselvoorziening, geen keuze kunnen maken * voedselbereiders: erkenning van hun werk & talent (2) Genereren van ideeen vanuit die nieuwe probleemstelling. Bejaarden en Voedselbereiders samen! Zij hadden elkaar nog nooit ontmoet. Hoe kunnen we talenten benutten. (3) Idee van een restaurant uitwerken: Hoe kunnen we talenten benutten, verschillende type menus uittesten, foto’s of tekst, kun je op papier al testen.
  6. Resultaat: Nieuwe uniformen, keuze maaltijden, naamgeving (good kitchen), communicatie kanalen ingericht tussen bejaarden en keukenpersoneel, bejaarden mogelijkheid bieden om op centrale plek te eten Dit is het resultaat van verdieping van de oorspronkelijke vraagstelling ipv gelijk naar de oplossing schieten.
  7. Binnen de overheid hebben we ook Design Thinking aanpak ontdekt en daar noemen we het Design for Policy. De fases houden niet op bij implementeren, maar er zit continuiteit in om dit steeds te kunnen aanpassen aan de veranderende samenleving.
  8. Zoeken op Design Thinking levert diverse interpretraties op varierend van 3,4 5 en 6 stappen. Maar het concept van onderzoek, prototyping & testen blijft altijd hetzelfde.
  9. Wij gebruiken hiervoor diverse instrumenten.
  10. Maar het is vooral samen het gesprek aan gaan over bepaalde onderwerpen. Hierbij is het van belang om uit te gaan vanuit diverse invalshoeken vanaf de start.
