10. ANALYSIS OF MANAGER DEMOGRAPHICS
CompTech hires more white males than any other ethnic group which is a shocking number given that it has 442 stores across the United States and a plan for 70 more in the future.
Huge gap between whites and blacks.
Very few females in the positions of store and district managers. CompTech needs to evaluate why women are not ascending to these roles or why they are not being hired.
Since the turnover rate is a problem for CompTech at the moment, analysis of the work environment is crucial.
12. PAQ METHOD FOR JOB ANALYSIS
Yes, the PAQ method will be a suitable method for the job analysis for store managers.
However, it must be accompanied with interviews and observations since the job of a store manager can vary from day to day.
