7. Our Online Services
Step 1 – The Questionnaire:
After thinking of the survey you want, we help you build a questionnaire of, at most, twenty questions –
easy to answer. This is done over a few meetings and/or emails to produce a draft, set objectives, and
deliverables.
Step 2 – Going Online:
Give us a few days to put the questionnaire onto our website, and start developing the analysis software,
all unique to your requirements. This is done online, and the link to your questionnaire can be a private
one, not visible to the public, or it can be visible to the public.
Step 3 – Survey Promotion:
We both have a mandate to forward the link to mailing lists to collect the data. This can take more than a
week, depending on sample size, territory, subject, and other qualitative issues. We have mailing lists of
over 12,000 people spread across Zimbabwe, and have access to more through our partners.
STEP 4 – The Analysis:
All data is gathered then automatically incorporated into an easy-to-use analysis software for you,
including standard reports – graphs and charts with sample information. This takes a few days.
STEP 5 – The Behaviour Report:
Start using your data by making simple queries in your software.
