1. Team has shared vision and purpose?
2. The Organization is able to respond very fast once there is a need?
3. The Organizational team structure is stable and long lived?
4. Flexible to mobilize team members when needed?
5. Team members with bounce back mentality?
6. Leaders and team members demonstrated comforts with ambiguity and
uncertainty?
7. Organizational structure are not pyramid shape but more network style, more
swarm in structure (Stable but dynamic)
8. Team members are more collaborative and more partnership oriented
9. Team members have many governance platform to measure, share and get
feedback
10. Culture is changing always, more coaching culture
What Questions we should ask?
1. Teams have good process define, less rigid, but flexible to modify on
need basis
2. Many platforms created for learning and sharing
3. Leaders allowed team members to experiment and learn from failure
4. Leaders Trust team members and empower team members
5. Decision has taken quickly from all levels, nothing stuck due to silos
6. Retrospect actions are closed at all the levels
7. Customer satisfaction and team member’s satisfaction are higher level
8. Lot of new ideas are coming from the team members
9. Leaders are inspiring team members, using less command style
10. Customer involvement and good customer collaboration
