Trait Theory: Leadership is based on physical and personal traits.
Great Man Theory: Leaders are born, not made
Contingency Theory: Leaders will adapt based on their environment
Situational Theory: Leaders will choose best style based on situation
Behavioral Theory: Leaders are made, not born
Participative Theory: The decision making responsibility is up to leader and subordinates
