2. Welcome to MSI Online. This reference guide will help familiarize you with MSI Online and should enable you to take advantage of the features of the system. Since we continuously update and improve MSI Online, there will be periodic changes to this guide. Overview

3. MSI is an independent provider of international mail services and is not tied to any specific postal administration. Instead, MSI has developed its own complex network of service providers around the world to assure fast, reliable and cost effective delivery of your mail. MSI Online is a unique web based system the can provide real time access to important information for MSI customers. While its core function is to provide real time individual client or departmental chargeback reconciliation, it has many other valuable features. Customers can also print waybill online, order supplies, or access a full menu of mail management reports. Perhaps most important, the system can be fully integrated with any client application and customized to nearly any requirements you may have. With MSI Online, full control of your mail management information is only a few clicks away. Introduction

4. MSI Online can be accessed at the following link: www.ukanalogistics.com Enter your username & password when prompt. Your home page will appear upon correct login. Login

5. The user navigates MSI Online by selecting options from the header bar. From the home page the user can create Bills of Lading (BOL), run various reports, download invoices and view daily mail activity. Home

6. Reference field info to be displayed on the invoice MSI Online is dynamic. The user has the option to calculate individual piece weight, or the total shipment weight. Charge back information is customized to fit each client’s needs. Up to four fields can be added. MSI pre-loads each client’s information when the account is created. Create BOL

7. Line items are displayed as they are entered. Cost for each job displayed on the fly. Once job is completed, just click on “Close & Send” Create BOL “ Excellent cost estimating tool”

10. Electronic Invoices Test Account All Invoices are displayed in the system as they become available. By clicking on the invoice number, each invoice will be displayed in a PDF format. If the client prefers, MSI will be happy to mail an invoice.

12. Reports All reports can be run by BOL range, date sequence or by specific cost center . Reports are also available in Excel as default or it can be provided in the format requested by the client.

13. Reports Cost Center Summary Report This provides mail costs and can create invoices for each cost center. All mail activity is grouped by primary cost center. If no cost center is recorded, the billing reference number will be used and costs with that identifier are included in the report. USPS Report Calculates costs using standard USPS rates, and can be an excellent tool for cost comparison.

14. Reports BOL Summary Report This report displays mail costs grouped by BOL. Use this report to see all mail activity or filter the report by specific cost center Mark-up Report This is a summary of recorded costs for each cost center and can provide mark-up information. (For example, a mark-up of 10% on a $57 line item would result in a new total of $62.70)

15. User Setup MSI Online has multiple user access levels with options for lbs. or ozs. with the ability to hide costs information if desired With user-specified restrictions, reports can be made available to any user within the client’s organization and enable Third party invoicing.
