Defacto was founded in 2003.
RESEARCH 
We search the Defactos’s corporate 
site and other websites. 
 We use the questionnaire methods 
which is the research methods.

and stylish designs of day wear at the

ANALYZING THE SITUATION 
In Turkey, Defacto is the first company is 
that do jean removing fashion, so is has 
taken an important step in terms of brand 
awareness.
CHARACTERISTICS OF PUBLIC 
Limiters 
Defacto does not have opponents and limiters competitors. 
Defacto does not have negative opinion leaders and hostaile force.
CHARACTERISTICS OF PUBLIC 
Producers 
The financier is who owns the Defacto brand Ozon Clothing Co. 
In Turkey, Defacto has total of 6350 workers work in the warehouse, 
offices and stores.

Enablers 
Defacto's ads published in the all TV channels and radio stations in 
Turkey.Besides this, Defacto's ads are printed in the internet and 
some fashion magazines. So; Defacto actively uses media channels 
should be used in their industry. 
Opinion leaders are not available.

Current Customers: Men and women between the ages of 18-40. 
Potential Customers: Income level is between 2 to 5 thousand and 
clothing, thus saving a lot of money are those who prefer quality 
dressing.

money on clothes shopping.

Event Details: Defacto kids costumes will be exhibited at the parade. 
Child models which in the fashion show will consist of homeless 
children. Famous fashion designers will be invited to fashion shows. 
Show revenue will be donated to underprivileged children foundation.

REPORT FESTİVAL 
25.05.2015. 
DeFacto will do ‘Report Festival’ in 14-15 June 2015 at Hasbahçe. ‘’Defacto kids’’ will 
open in 2014-2015 Autumn season. For this reason, that event will for forlorn 
children. ‘Report Festival’s revenues will be donated forlorn children. 
Defacto kids costumes will be exhibited at the parade. Child models which in the 
fashion show will consist of homeless children. Famous fashion designers will be 
invited to fashion shows. Show revenue will be donated to underprivileged children 
foundation. Murat Boz and Yonca Evcimik will be concert. 
DeFacto hit the road with 14 stores and the idea of being a Mediterranean brand in 
2003.DeFacto who winned the love of young people with collections made in 
Barcelona design office is one of the two of the leading brands in the industry with 
228 stores in Turkey and 19 store in abroad.

Event Details: Before planting, our speaker is the owner of the de facto smart 
Cemal Ozen will start the event with an opening speech. 20.000 pine saplings 
are planted.

DeFacto will build ‘DeFacto Memorial Forest’ in Bahcelievler in 
September 13th 2015 at 10a.m. DeFacto announced to do this event for 
forest fires and the DeFacto Style magazine. 
Aged 1-5 years 20,000 pine saplings will be planted on 10 hectares with 
the ‘DeFacto Memorial Forest’ project. In this way, burned the trees and 
spent for the construction of the journal will be provided recycling. 
DeFacto hit the road with 14 stores and the idea of being a 
Mediterranean brand in 2003.DeFacto who winned the love of young 
people with collections made in Barcelona design office is one of the 
two of the leading brands in the industry with 228 stores in Turkey and 
19 store in abroad.
