About the Framework
•Developed by Kim Cameron & Robert Quinn, University of Michigan
•Based on empirical research on factors that make organizations effective
•Useful for understanding cultural/behavioral patterns from the individual to the organizational
level
•Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI): Diagnostic tool to understand
organizations’ current and desired cultures to help manage change.
