Organisation structures have changed
But we haven’t changed the way we think about change,  We finish change We start change We do change

Normal reaction Deny -  nothing is changing
Normal reaction Resist
Normal reaction Fight back
We want people to be ready, willing and able to adapt and evolve at work
We need to think away from terminating change and accept that change needs to change
The options for change ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
It’s not as hard as it sounds ,[object Object]
We simply have to make it all about the individual –  there is no one as important to me as me!
Make it about ‘me’ and you can have everything you want
A plan just for me…….
