7. Vision Villa resort is a 17 room boutique
resort in Bali. It was purchased by Roger
Hamilton, founder of Entrepreneur Resorts,
and a group of investors in 2006. It was set
up as the 1st Entrepreneur Resort 3 years
ago with monthly accelerator retreats and is
growing very profitably with this model.
Entrepreneur Resorts have an accepted offer
to purchase the 2nd resort, the 30 room Tau
Game Lodge, in Madikwe Game Reserve in
South Africa.

8. The Genius Cafe in Sanur, Bali, was launched
in Aug 2016 and reached break-even by the
2nd month. It combines a unique healthy food
& drink menu with high-speed internet and
daily social events, serving both the local
community and visiting entrepreneurs.
Excitement in the beach club concept has
already led to over 20 applications of interest
to launch entrepreneur beach clubs around
the world with our model & membership.

10. The global growth of entrepreneurs is the largest shift in
vocation in history. The number of entrepreneurs has
grown from less than 100 million in 2000 to 400 million
in 2010, growing to a predicted 1 billion by 2020.
The desire of entrepreneurs to connect and work
together has been highlighted by the rapid growth of
co-working offices, from less than 1,000 in 2010
to over 20,000 in 2016.

11. There currently is no global equivalent to our Global
Beach Club Membership, or entrepreneur resorts.
The closest equivalent to a resort location tailored for
entrepreneurs is Richard Branson’s Necker Island,
which will be a partner resort with Entrepreneur Resorts.
The one company that has built a network in city
co-working spaces in the last 5 years is WeWork, now
valued at $16.9 billion. We see WeWork as a partner
more than a competitor, and are learning from their
global membership model.

Roger is Founder of Entrepreneurs Institute, the world’s largest entrepreneur network with
over 800,000 members in 80 countries. He is a New York Times Bestselling author and is
currently a Director of Wealth Dynamics, Entrepreneur Resorts Singapore and Vision Villas
Bali. He has overseen the profitable growth of the first Entrepreneur Resort and the first
Entrepreneur Beach Club in Bali.
Roger Hamilton, CEO
Sandra has had over 30 years’ experience in management and general management
positions in banking, commerce, training and hospitality. She has most recently been General
Manager of Entrepreneurs Institute, overseeing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of companies
and a global leadership team with offices in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Thailand,
South Africa and England.
Sandra Morrell, COO
Jeremy has over 25 years’ experience as an accountant and business advisor. He is co-
owner and partner of Gill McKerrow, a full-service accounting and audit company in Australia.
He specializes in providing strategic financial advice to entrepreneurs and investors, and is a
registered Tax Agent, Financial Adviser and Member of Chartered Accounts Australia & NZ.
Jeremy Harris, CFO

Lisa has held senior Sales & Marketing management positions in various sectors of the travel
industry, building world-renowned hospitality brands. She was most recently Chief Marketing
Officer and member of the Executive Committee at luxury resort chain Aman. Previously, she
was SVP Global Sales & Marketing at Kerzner International and Commercial Director at
Lastminute.com/ holiday autos. She has a proven track record of setting successful Sales &
Marketing strategies, developing the best in market teams and leading business
transformation.
Lisa Bovio, Director
Dennis is Senior Director of Finance for Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, overseeing 1,400
hotels including the Radisson chain. In addition to having overall responsibility for the finance
function of all US hotels in the group, his expertise is in leading due diligence teams for hotel
acquisitions and transactions. He was previously Controller and Director of Hotel Operations
for Hyatt Hotels Corporation for 16 years.

The Board of Directors contains over 100 years of world class expertise in both
building a global entrepreneur network and growing global hospitality businesses.

14. Tau Game Lodge Purchase
The Tau Game Lodge is scheduled for a July 2017 handover. The
purchase of Tau Game Lodge will add $5m in revenues and $750k in
annual operating income to the group.
